Tonganoxie High School will be conducting a mock car crash tomorrow afternoon in conjunction with local law enforcement, emergency medical services, and the fire department. Since this is a simulation to reflect what happens at a real accident site, you may see and hear numerous sirens from police, EMS, and fire vehicles. There will be large groups of students outside, and student actors who appear to have injuries will be present, along with Quisenberry’s Funeral Home and/or Life Flight. Please do not be alarmed. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled and we will post an update.

On Saturday, we welcomed members of the Classes of 1970 and 1971 back to Tonganoxie High School for a special tour of their old (new!) stomping grounds. Guided by Communications and Engagement Director Becky Nasalroad, alumni and their spouses enjoyed a two-hour walk through THS, exploring the library, flex spaces, cafeteria, TPAC, weight room, band room, auxiliary gym, and Chieftain Arena. The highlight, of course, was a stop in Chieftain Hall to find their class photos and reminisce about their time at THS. ❤️🤍 #tongienation #usd464 #ClassOf1970 #Classof1971
