Students in Mrs. Rowe's Spanish classes are exploring creativity this week, vocabulary related to it, and different ways that we are all creative beyond artistic expression. Today, THS students and staff signed safe driving pledges. Congratulations to Evy and Hayden for winning the drawing for Stanley cups! Students also tried to play Perfection while wearing distraction goggles to show how difficult it is to concentrate while being impaired. FCCLA and SADD members are working to make THS safer for drivers & passengers! They have been gathering data on seat belt usage & distracted driving. To help educate their peers on the importance of buckling up, members also had the Kansas Highway Patrol bring their Seat Belt Convincer for students to try.
