As winners of the TES canned food drive, Mrs. DeKeyser's kindergarten students got to participate in the annual City of Tonganoxie Christmas tree lighting and parade! Community members, fifth grade Student Council members, & Mrs. DeKeyser's class came together on pickup day to help sort, stack, & load canned food drive donations. TES students collected nearly 6,000 canned food items during this year's drive! Well done, Braves!

Before fall break, her students worked together to unload a truck delivery putting their class total at a whopping 1,248 cans!
