Mrs. Lawson's art classes have been doing their attachment challenge, a precursor to opening up the Sculpture Studio for 3rd, 4th & 5th grade. Students were not allowed to use glue or staples; they had to rely on 2 pieces of tape & other forms of attachment. This was a timed challenge & they were given a prompt to base their sculpture off of. This is third grade's first time doing this challenge. Pictured are students from Mrs. Albrecht's class.

Monday, November 11 is a Professional Development Day for our staff; school is not in session. Classes resume Tuesday, November 12. Shout out to THS senior and district marketing intern Sawyer Frese for designing this graphic! #tongienation #usd464

The kindergarten team loves to make their own fun! Mrs. D made a HUGE mistake yesterday & left her badge in a team member's classroom… boy, were the consequences severe! This morning students worked together to free the keys from a ball that consisted of a full roll of tape, a roll of foil, & a roll of plastic wrap. Thank goodness she has a great group of problem solvers that were ready to work together to save the day! #tongienation #usd464
