Congratulations to THS alumni and current Pitt State student-athletes Cole Sample (#74 - THS Class of 2020) and Dallas Bond (#82 - THS Class of 2021)! Gorilla football recently wrapped up a perfect 11-0 regular season and was named the 2022 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) Champion. The team earned the No. 3 seed in Super Region Three when the 28-team NCAA Division II playoff field was announced this past Sunday. This is Pitt State's 19th trip to the NCAA Division II playoffs; they will host the University of Indianapolis from the Great Lakes Valley Conference this Saturday at Carnie Smith Stadium.
