2008 Tonganoxie High School graduate Courtenay DeHoff was recently honored by the Annie Oakley Society with the Trailblazer Award in recognition of her advocacy and influence in agriculture and media! Also known as Fancy Lady Cowgirl, Courtenay is a strong agriculture advocate, nationally recognized television host, and international keynote speaker with more than fifteen years of experience bridging the gap between rural and urban communities.
The Annie Oakley Society, in partnership with the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, is made up of women leaders and philanthropists dedicated to shaping their communities while preserving the values and spirit of the American West. Each year, the Society honors outstanding women who, through grit and determination, make a meaningful impact and leave a lasting legacy.
