Congratulations to Tonganoxie High School teacher Kaysi Overdick!
Ms. Overdick has been selected as our Kansas Horizon Award nominee at the secondary level. The Horizon Award, facilitated by the Kansas State Department of Education, honors outstanding second-year teachers who demonstrate excellence in the classroom and stand out among their peers.
As USD 464’s nominee, Ms. Overdick will advance to the regional competition, where Horizon Award winners are selected. Those winners will be recognized at the Kansas Exemplary Educators Network conference and luncheon in Topeka in February.
We are proud of Ms. Overdick’s accomplishment and thrilled to celebrate her dedication to students and teaching.
