Tonganoxie High School Spanish teacher Heather Rowe was recently selected by The Teachers College at Emporia State University as their 2025 Outstanding Graduate Student for her work on her Master's in Teaching! She teaches Spanish II, III, and IV, sponsors the World Cultures Club, and recently took a group of students to Costa Rica. Congratulations, Mrs. Rowe!
