THS Cheer is doing a fundraiser with T-Town Nutrition on August 19th from 9 am to 2 pm! The cheerleaders will create a menu of 3 drinks. Each drink purchased from that menu donates $2 to the Cheer Team! As an added bonus, for every 3 or 5 “to-go” sets of tea sold, the team makes $5!! Stop by and see your favorite cheerleader at T-Town Nutrition!
Parents & caregivers, don't forget! Individual fall sports meetings will follow the all sports/all seasons meeting.

Only two weeks left in our summer food program! Free lunch for children ages 1-18 is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Tonganoxie Elementary School. Adults can purchase lunch for five dollars. Come lunch with us!

Tonganoxie FCCLA members participated in competitive STAR Events today. Caroline Keene was in Digital Stories for Change. She is also serving as the district E-East President this year. Kyndal Romero, Lilly Breuer, Corinne Morgan, Jenna Witt, and Ally Rawlings all competed in Instructional Video Design. Wish them luck as they wait to hear if they made top 10 in the nation!

Tonganoxie FCCLA members took time yesterday to do something for their National Program of Student Body. This program focuses on physical and mental health, so the students hiked in the mountains and took some time to relax and reflect. 🥾⛰️ #tongienation #usd464 #FCCLA
Tonganoxie FCCLA is attending the National Leadership Conference in Denver, Colorado! State Peer Education members on the Stand Up team are Lilly Breuer & Bethany Overmiller. They will be educating FCCLA members across the state this year on advocacy.

The Tonganoxie High School Clay Target Team sent 10 marksmen to the state tournament this weekend! Congratulations to the team for their tenth place overall finish and to the following sharpshooters on their final standings:
Ava Barker: 4th place JV female AND tied for 35th in JV overall out of 242 positions
Joel Topliff: Tied for 96th place in JV overall out of 242 positions
Garrett Edwards: Tied for 9th place in Varsity overall out of 297 positions

Eli Gilmore became the first boy in KSHSAA history to win gold at State Track in the 400, 800, 1600 & 3200! We will be welcoming Eli and our State Track athletes back to Tonganoxie at 10:30 tonight at Beatty Field. Come to the track and help us celebrate!
