THS Success Center students heard from post-secondary coordinator Jodie Smith today as she spoke about various options available to them after earning their diplomas. This discussion laid the groundwork for future trips the Success Center has planned, which include visiting area tech schools, union training centers, and apprenticeship opportunities in the region. They discussed how students can position themselves to achieve their goals, how to complete the FAFSA form, and many other aspects about education and training after their time at the Success Center. #tongienation #usd464

Mr. Bratkovic's ELA students participated in debate team carousels to build background knowledge prior to reading "The Seventh Man." Debate team carousels encourage students to be active learners as they work in groups of four, taking turns completing prompts on a template.
