Middle school students sit in bleachers in the TMS gym

KCK firefighter Josh Magaha spoke to students this morning about the dangers of fentanyl. He talked about the importance of only taking pills provided by parents or trusted adults, as well as what to do if students encounter fentanyl. The number of drug overdoses in Leavenworth County schools is increasing, and presentations like these are a proactive way to make students aware of the dangers associated with pills and other drugs like fentanyl.
