Congratulations to our incredible TES social worker Shelby Burnett, LCSW, LSCSW, RPT! Shelby was recently named the 2024 Kansas School Social Worker of the Year by the Kansas School Social Worker Association. Shelby was nominated for this award because of her school social worker leadership and mental health expertise as well as for being a supportive person to students and staff in our elementary school. Toni Kruger nominated her, along with multiple TES teachers, educational allies, and building administrators. Well deserved, Mrs. Burnett! We're so proud of you!
