This is my third year teaching at Tonganoxie Middle School as the Life Skills teacher for grades six through eight.  I have thirteen years of teaching experience in elementary, middle, and special education classrooms.  I have attended Bethany College and Pittsburgh State University.  My teaching certificate is for kindergarten through ninth grade regular education and includes special education endorsements for learning disabilities, behavior disorders, and low incidence (functional).

I grew up in Concordia, which is in north central Kansas.  My family and I moved to Tonganoxie a few years ago.  I have two kids, Emilie, a freshman, and Alex, a sixth grader.  My husband and I enjoy watching our children in their sporting and other activities.
